CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

• Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. noon time (Dubai time).

• Late check-out charges will apply for guests occupying rooms after 12:00 hrs. noon time.

• When reasonably possible, hotels may facilitate early arrivals (before 15:00 hrs.), although guaranteed early check-in requires a 01-night supplement at the contracted rate.

• Late check-out supplement charges until 18:00 PM will be at 50% of the contracted room rate. After 18:00 PM one night supplement will be charged at the contracted rate and     subject to hotel room availability.

CHILDREN POLICY

• A maximum of one child up to 5 years 11 months of age (inclusive) sharing the parents’ room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bed, inclusive of booked meals.

• Maximum one child from 6 years to 11 years 11 Months of age (inclusive) sharing the parents’ room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding. However, meal charges will apply as per the below.

• Baby cots are provided free of charge subject to availability.

• The above room rates are Inclusive of 7% municipality fees, 10% service charge. The percentages specified are subject to change by government regulation and may be payable by the Company on the margin applied to the guest rooms over and above the room rate.

• Contracted rates for the duration of this agreement are Inclusive of 5% VAT (Value Added Tax). The VAT applies to all accommodation (basic room rates and service charge); and food and beverage sales (basic F&B rates and service charge).

• The above room rates do not include the “Tourism Dirham Fee”. All confirmed bookings are subject to AED 15 per room / bedroom per night, which would be payable directly by guest to us at the time of check-out.

• Please note that exact periods for the above given events and exhibitions are subject to change depending on information availability. Furthermore, any additional major events and exhibitions will be advised accordingly and the same will subject to a surcharge of AED 250 per room per night informed at least 48 hours prior.

Stay Dates: 01 October 2025 - 30 September 2026

Valid for All markets except UAE residence.

» GENERAL POLICY:

•  The above room rates do not include the “Tourism Dirham Fee”. All confirmed bookings are subject to AED 15 per room / bedroom per night, which would be payable directly by guest to us at the time of check-out.
• Half-board is based on meal prices mentioned above and are not valid during Theme lunches and dinners. Should the guest wish to dine during a theme lunch/dinner, guests will be given a credit towards their food bill for the amount listed above, which can be availed at any of the other outlets in the hotel that are not running a promotion or special offer. Any amount spent over a nd above the listed amount above shall be charged to the guest’s personal account.
• All Inclusive package will be served with house beverages decided by the hotel. Food and Beverage for all Inclusive package will be served at selected restaurants and venues decided by the hotel. All Inclusive Package Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with Alc ohol are to be added to the room rate mentioned in the rate sheet defined in this document above.

Breakfast meal plan – guests are entitled to avail buffet breakfast, water, juice, tea & coffee in the buffet.
Half Board meal plan – guests are entitled to avail buffet breakfast and buffet dinner which includes water, juice, tea & coffee in the buffet.
Full Board meal plan - guests are entitled to avail buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner which includes water, juice, tea & coffee in the buffet.
All Inclusive meal plan – including buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with water, juice, brewed coffee and tea during the meals.
Guests are entitled to avail alcohol drinks at Ochoco Café, Yamba Rock Pool Bar & WABI SABI Beach Bar starting from 12:00 pm till 22:30 pm.
