T&C and Dining Options:
• Half Board (Dinner) and Full Board are NOT available during New Year’s Eve on 31st December 2025. However, Half Board Lunch is available on 31st December 2025.
• Half-board is based on meal prices mentioned above and are not valid during Theme lunches and dinners. Should the guest wish to dine during a theme lunch/dinner, guests will be given a credit towards their food bill for the amount listed above, which can be availed at any of the other outlets in the hotel that are not running a promotion or special offer. Any amount spent over and above the listed amount above shall be charged on the guest’s personal account.
• During the Holy Month of Ramadan, restrictions may apply for the operations of the restaurants and bars of the hotel as per the U.A.E. Law.
NOTE: Meals booked prior to the arrival date are guaranteed and charged whether it was consumed or not.
Festive Season

• Contracted rates for the duration of this agreement are Inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). The VAT applies to all accommodation (basic room rates and service charge); and food and beverage sales (basic F&B rates and service charge).
• Minimum nights mandatory stay applies during new year period no check in and check out allowed during mandatory nights (30th Dec, 31st Dec & 01st January).
Check-in / Check-out Time:
• Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. noon time (Dubai time).
• Late check-out charges will apply for guests occupying rooms after 12:00 hrs. noon time.
• If and when reasonably possible, hotels may facilitate early arrivals (before 14:00 hrs.), although guaranteed early check-in requires a 01-night supplement at the contracted rate.
• Late check-out supplement charges until 18:00 PM will be at 50% of the contracted room rate. After 18:00 PM one night supplement will be charged at the contracted rate and subject to hotel room availability.
•Early Departure will be charged at full stay accommodation, at the reserved room rate.
CHILDREN POLICY:
• Maximum one child up to 5years11mos of age (inclusive) sharing the parents’ room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding, inclusive of booked meals
• Maximum one child from 6years to 11years11mos of age (inclusive) sharing the parents’ room will be accommodated free of charge on existing bedding. However, meal charges will apply as per the below.
• Baby cot is provided free of charge subject to availability
