Cozy apartment located in 1st sea line in Puerto de Alcudia. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people plus 1 additional space (at an additional cost) and it is just a few meters away from the beach. This property offers a 21,5m2 furnished terrace where you can relax in one of the 4 sunbeds available to you. There you will also enjoy eating or dining with family and friends. From this terrace you can enjoy views of the beach as it is located a few meters from the property. In the outdoor communal area there are 2 showers to rinse or cool yourself after coming from the beach. This property’s privacy is partial. The air-conditioned living room of the house is the ideal place to relax and unwind from the daily grind watching satellite television, listening to music or through a good read. The furnished dining room, which is in the same room as the living room, is the ideal place to share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is independent and it has everything you need to prepare any dish you intend to, including electric stove. The laundry area is independent, and it provides you access to 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 2 bedrooms in this house, 1 with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds, both with wardrobes and 1 of them with air conditioning. This property has 1 extra spot on a folding bed which has a small extra charge. There is 1 bathroom with shower and, if needed, you have access to a crib for younger children. As a whole, there is 1 fan, 1 radiator and air conditioning in the living room and in 1 of the rooms.
