T&C and Dining Options:
HB meal plan is applicable on 31 December (only for lunch) and 1 January (only for dinner).
FB is not applicable unless you book Gala dinner on 31 December and New Year Brunch on 1st January.
 
Festive Season 
Christmas / New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

Errata: In reference to the announcement by Dubai Municipality, the breakfast at the Bayside Restaurant and Terrace will be in a la carte form instead of Buffet.
Accordingly, half board guests will be able to have the lunch or dinner in the Brothaus Bakery & Bistro in the form of a la carte instead of Buffet.
 

GENERAL POLICY:

• Rates are valid for individual booking and are not applicable to groups of 10 rooms or more.
• Minimum Length of Stay: 3nights are applicable during New Year Evening
- No check-out on 31 December 2026
• Check-in / Check-out Time:
- Check-in time is from 15:00 hours for the resort and 16:00 hours for the apartments. Rooms/Apartments requiring check-in prior to 15:00 and 16:00 hours will require pre-booking to guarantee check-in. Pre-booking of rooms/apartments will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room/apartment rate and should be requested at time of reservation.
- Check-out time is 12:00 hours for the resort and 11:00 hours for the apartments. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room/apartment rate. For any check outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable. Subject to availability.
- Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.
 

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
• Children 0-4.99 years old – sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals, Baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability.
• Children 5-11.99 years old – sharing with parents the existing bed, or in an extra bed or in the built-in day sofa: meals will be charged as per this contract.
• Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.
