All rates are NET and quoted in AED Dirham's, per room, per night, based on Single or double occupancy BB as stated above and
exclude the tourism dirham.
Tourism Dirham: a fee of AED 20 per room per night will be charged at the hotel in addition to the room charges and applicable tax.
Children above 11.99 years of age are considered adults
Check-in Time: 14:00 onwards, to guarantee early morning arrivals, the booking of one nights' accommodation prior to arrival is
recommended.
Check-out Time: 12:00, a day use rate of 50% of the room rate applies until 16:00 hours and 100% of the room rate from there onwards All subject to room availability.
Reservations of eight (8) or more rooms are considered a group booking. The contracted rates outlined above do not apply to group
bookings.
EARLY DEPARTURE, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
• In case of a cancellation, a written notice of cancellation must be received by the hotel on or before the release/cut-off period as
stated in this agreement to avoid penalty. In the event such written notice is not received within the time limit stated, the hotel
reserves the right to charge as follows
• No Shows or early departures will be subjected to 100% of the accommodation rate for the entire period of the reservation.
• Cancellations will be subjected to accommodation charges within the cancellation windows in the below table
EXECUTIVE LOUNGE BENEFITS
• Executive and Deluxe Executive rooms’ categories only have access to the Executive Lounge.
• Complimentary breakfast in Seasons Restaurant from 6:30 AM–10:30 AM during week-days, and from 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM
during weekend.
• Pre-dinner alcoholic drinks from 6PM to 8PM (Subject to change).
• Selection of refreshments available throughout the day from 7AM to 11PM (Subject to change)
• Canapes & Finger food are available between 6PM to 8PM (Subject to change)
• Use of the Executive Lounge boardroom for up to 2 hours once during the stay (Subject to availability).
• Complimentary pressing or ironing of 3 pieces of garment per stay
MEAL PLANS
Half Board:
• All meals are served in ‘Season the All-day dining restaurant’ unless advised otherwise by the hotel including soft drinks and
table water.
• All alcoholic beverages are charged upon consumption
• Half board meal plan is not applicable on dinner over the night of 24th & 31st December 2024
• Charges for half board prices would apply per person per meal would be applicable over 24th, 25th & 31st
December 2024 and 1st January 2025 Lunch.
All-Inclusive:
• All-inclusive offer is only applicable for breakfast rates.
• All-inclusive offer is available in season’s restaurant (All day dining), Manzoni restaurant (Set menu), Pool Bar, Ahlan Café, and
La Vue (from opening till 11 PM only).
• For Spirits will be only selected house beverages.
• All-inclusive offer is excluding the following:
• Minibar, Shisha and tobacco all over the hotel
• Meal Plans are not applicable to In Room Dining, on New Year’s Eve Menus, or any special menus
• Access to the Executive lounge unless the booking is for Executive room.
• All Inclusive plan is not applicable on dinner over the night of 31st December 2024.
New Year’s Eve supplement:
• A supplement of AED 650 per adult will apply for New Year’s Eve gala including free flow of selected house beverages per
person.
• Kindly note that New Year’s Eve gala dinner is compulsory.
During the Holy Month of Ramadan and few other public holidays during the period covering this agreement, restrictions may apply for the
operations of the restaurants and bars as per U.A.E. Law.
CHILDREN POLICY
• Infants’ ages are considered as 0 to 5.99 years old.
• Children ages are considered as 6 – 11.99 years old up to their 12th birthday.
• Up to 1 child sharing with their parents, subject to room configuration will stay complimentary on the same booked meal plan as
their parents.
