Kindly sharing with you the exciting news that we have extended The World’s Largest Waterpark contract until 31 December 2026.

The entry to the park will be limited only one time per day. That means that the guest will not be allowed to re-enter the park the same day after they leave the park.

Terms & Conditions:

This benefit is applicable for all room categories
MLOS 4 nights stay is required
Number of tickets equivalent to the number of guests staying in room per night
Guests are entitled to one park entry per person per day during the stay period (e.g., a 7-night stay entitles each guest to 7 entries, one per day).
We will stop issuing second tickets to guests for a day. Any guest who comes back from the waterpark for lunch will not be issued another ticket.
The World’s Largest Waterpark operating hours: 10 AM until Sunset
The World’s Largest Waterpark Day Pass entitles to access to Waterpark & Beach area only

Age Classification:

Infant: Below 3 years old (Free of Charge)
Child: 3 to 7 years old and below 1.2 meters height
Adult: above 7 years old and above 1.2 meters height

Children under 3 years old will be given a free entry to the Waterpark
Tickets should be issued to hotel guests only with tracking of room number, guest name, confirmation number and number of pax which is maintained by GR.
Vouchers will be issued by the Guest Relations Team for each guest separately
The voucher is valid only for the date, room number and name written on the voucher. It cannot be transferred to other names. Multiple entries are not permitted with the same voucher
The hotel will organize shuttle services on a daily basis FOC. Guests may also use their own transport or a taxi during the day
The World’s Largest Waterpark and Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites reserve the right to stop this partnership at any time
Guests may rent the towels and lockers from Aquaventure Waterpark with an extra cost

Please be informed that guests will be allowed to take towels from the Hotel Pool & Beach Reception to the Waterpark

Ultra All-Inclusive:-

Only Ultra All Inclusive meal plan is available which includes Open Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Snacks and selected drinks are available at café/restaurants throughout the day. Ultra All Inclusive meal plan finishes with Breakfast on the day of departure

T&C and Dining Options:

Cover Charge might be applied in A La Carte Restaurants.

• A La Carte Restaurants are bookable for guests who stay with 3 nights and more.

• A La Carte Restaurants space are limited and subject to availability at the time of the booking.

• A La Carte Restaurants can only be booked during guests’ stays. No pre-booking will be accepted.

• For three nights stay; guests are eligible for complimentary use of maximum two a la carte restaurants.

• For stays of four nights and above, guests are eligible for complimentary use of maximum three times a la carte restaurants. However extra usage can be requested and will be subject to availability.

• The Hotel reserves the right to close or to alter operating hours of the food & beverage or other outlets from time to time depending on hotel occupancy or weather conditions or any other operational issues, and will have no liability in this regard.

• Guests will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.

New Year Dinner

New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional charges and is compulsory.

• Minimum length of stay 3 nights (4 nights between 28 Dec and 02 Jan) is required and is based on arrivals. For all bookings with length of stay below 3 nights, best flexible rates are applicable.

• Check-in / Check-out Time:

- Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival.

- In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply. Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for early booking

- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, subject to Hotel availability.

- Check-out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of regular FIT contracted rate.<
