* Room Rates are subject to Tourism Dirham Fee (TDF):
* Applicable Tourism Dirham Fee is AED 10 per room per night (AED 10 for One Bedroom Apartment and Loft, AED 20 for 2 Bedroom Apartment, AED 30 for 3 Bedroom Apartment, AED 40 for 4 Bedroom Penthouse per night).
* RO is for Room only rate excluding of any meal plan.
* Rates are for individual bookings up to 9 rooms only, with a maximum length of stay of 21 nights only.
* No guest name changes will be accepted for this contract, any name change to an existing booking will result in a change of rate to the one available at the time of the amendment.
* In the event of any governmental change to the aforementioned Municipality fee, Service Charge and the Tourism Dirham, the Hotel reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly. -
* Wi-Fi is inclusive in the Hotel (room and hotel premises)
