This is a lovely apartment right in the centre of Port d’Alcúdia, which will make your holiday an unforgettable experience! This 80 m2 apartment is on a second floor in a building with elevator. It is ideal for a couple with kids as it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom. There are two AC devices in the apartment. In the living room you will be able to relax having a glass of wine o reading a book. The terrace is the perfect place to have breakfast enjoying the sea views before a day full of activities. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro, fridge, etc. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please mind that pets are not allowed. In this apartment you can also enjoy the fantastic communal pool, where the whole family will love to have a quick dip before lunch. The pool is 15 x 8 meters large and it’s open from 1st May until 31st October. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close: pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery, the sand beach or bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food, clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a patrol station. From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink.
