2-story townhouse in the residential area environment near the downtown of Puerto de Alcudia. This property overlooks the mountains and it can comfortably accommodate 6 people. This home offers several outdoors distinct areas. First, it has a garden area where there is a 30m2 fenced-in lawn space. There, you will have access to 2 sunbeds to relax while sunbathing; and an 80m2 paved area in the back of the house, where stands1of the porches, and where you will find the fixed barbecue. In the front of the house, at the level of the lawn area, there is 1 20m2 furnished porch where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends. 2 of the bedrooms have direct access to 1 small terrace each of which measures 4m2 and are furnished. On the roof top level of the house, there is 1 12m2 terrace with 2 loungers were you can sunbathe. As a whole, there are 4 sunbeds on the property and privacy is considered partial. In the inviting interior of this property you can relax in the air-conditioned living room watching satellite TV, reading a book or just enjoying the tranquility of the environment. The property’s dining room is the ideal place to share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is open to the dining room and it has everything you need to cook your best dishes, including gas stove. The laundry area is independent and you can find 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board in it. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 on the GF and 2 on 1st F. In the GF’s room there is 1 bunk bed, and in the 1stF’s 2 rooms there is 1 double bed and 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms of the 1st F feature air conditioning and closets.
