Surrounded by a wide, open, private garden where guests can enjoy a wonderful atmosphere of peace and relaxation, the family-friendly city hotel is located just a few minutes from the centre of Bologna and the trade fair grounds. Guests will find restaurants and the bus station in the immediate vicinity and the train station is around 5 km away. The holiday village is approximately 90 km from Rimini and its beaches, and roughly 9 km, or 15 minutes, from Guglielmo Marconi international airport. This air-conditioned business hotel was built on the remains of an 18th-century farmhouse. Surrounded by vegetation, it radiates the rural fascination of times gone by. The friendly and restful atmosphere, which guests can savour in the glass-walled San Zenobio meeting room, overlooking the garden and the beautiful pergola, and the efficient, courteous and devoted staff are just some of the ingredients to ensure a truly fulfilling stay. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and a cloakroom. Further facilities include a TV lounge, bar, restaurant, room service and a garage. For an additional fee, guests may also make use of the WLAN Internet access, a car park and a bicycle hire service. Its rooms are simply beautiful and special, some with raftered ceilings, and some with Arabesque decorations on the walls. They are designed to make guests feel as relaxed and pampered as possible. Each room features an en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access and a minibar. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area (fees apply to both) and a poolside snack bar with parasols laid out for use. For an additional fee, guests may enjoy a game of pool/snooker, or work out in the on-site gym.
