AED 20 per bedroom per night is not included in the rates and is payable by the guest upon check out
New Year 2025 : No departures will be allowed on the 31st of December 2025 and 01st of January 2026
Breakfast: Buffet Breakfast included in the Room Rate will be served at Besh Turkish Kitchen Restaurant only. Additional buffet breakfast at Besh Turkish Kitchen can be purchased directly at the Hotel.
Children Policy:
Children below the age of 5 years can stay free when occupying same room as parent's and using existing bedding in the room
Child between the ages of 6 to 11 years one child will be free in existing bedding and extra bed will be provided for the second child is chargable net per night per child on room only basis. Buffet Breakfast supplement will be charged net per night per child.
All other meal plans will be charged as per the parent's meal plan.
In Suites, maximum of 02 children (below 11 years of age) can stay on complimentary breakfast basis when sharing the parent's existing bedding.
All other meal plans will be chargeable and have to be purchased as per parent's meal plan
Extra Adult is chargable

Half-board is based on meal prices me are not valid during Theme, lunches and dinners.
Should the guest wish to dine during a theme lunch/dinner, guests will be given a credit towards their food bill for the amount listed above, which can be availed at any of the other outlets in the hotel that are not running a promotion or special offer.
Any amount spent over and above the listed amount above shall be charged on the guest's personal account.
During the Holy Month of Ramadan, restrictions may apply for the operations of the restaurants and bars of the hotel as per the U.A.E. Law.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:
Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you.
