The all-inclusive package begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival (early arrival will not alter the start time).
The all-inclusive package concludes at 12:00 noon on the departure day (late checkout will not extend the end time).
In-room dining, mini bar, and Stella Bar are not included in the all-inclusive package.
Guests must present their all-inclusive package identification to the server before placing an order (bracelets to be collected upon
arrival at the reception.
Guests are requested to sign the bills for record-keeping purposes.
After 22:00, Al Hadiqa Restaurant, Black Goose, and Bliss Lounge are accessible to guests aged 21 years and above
Kids Policy: One child under 13.99 years old and one child under 5.99 years old dine free of charge when ordering from the kids'
menu and accompanied by an adult.
Set menus will be provided in alternative dinner venues.
During the holy month of Ramadan or religious holidays, alcohol service will comply with local rules and regulations.

6 adults, or 4 adults + 2 children below 13,99 years old and 2 children below 5,99 years old - Family Room consists of 2 interconnecting Deluxe Rooms (either both Walk View, or both Sea View). One room has a king bed and another room – twin beds. Each of those rooms can accommodate an additional adult or child extra bed (maximum one per room).

Rates are based on single/ double/ triple/ quadruple occupancy, with breakfast included. - Adult rollaway bed can be placed at a separate charge of per bed per night, inclusive of breakfast for the additional adult. Child extra bed may be placed at additional charge of per bed per night.

Children that do not require extra beds (within the maximum room occupancy) may share the existing bedding free of charge.
