Dinner is available from 19:00 till 21:00 only with set menu exclusive of beverages. Prior reservation is required.

The HB supplement will not be refunded or carried forward to the next meal and advanced bookings are required for restaurants. Some restaurants may be closed without prior notice (e.g. during Ramadan).

For Half Board guests, only lunch will be applicable on 31st December and 1st January (no dinner)

Festive Season 2026

New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

GENERAL POLICY:

Transfer Dubai International Airport to and from SLS Dubai is available and its chargeable. Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children allowed per car. All transfer rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Length of Stay:

- Minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is applicable for stays during new year period 29th Dec to 31st Dec.

Early Departure Policy:

All Seasons 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance payment, the amount will be non-refundable.

Children Swimming Pools Policy:

Outdoor pools at Level 6 are available for leisure for children aged 12 years and below.

Adults 21 years & above have access to 2 infinity pools on Level 75.

Adolescents 13 years & above (with an adult) can access the Meydan view pool.

Pets Policy:

Pets are allowed in the hotel rooms, hotel apartments, the dedicated Common Areas or otherwise in the Building.

The pet must weigh 20 pounds (9.1 kilos) or less.

No pets are allowed in restaurants or bars, by the pool, and may not be left unattended in the guestrooms, as per Dubai Municipality except certified service dogs.

refundable deposit fee will be required upon check-in for any guests staying with pets.

For stays less than 2 weeks a cleaning fee will be charged per room per pet

For stays over 2 weeks and less than 30 days, cleaning fee will be charged per room per pet

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old

• Children 4 to 11.99 years extra bed chargeable

• 0 - 6 years (up to 5.99): Free of charge in existing bedding and meal plan booked
