GENERAL INFORMATION
Tourism Dirham per bedroom per night is applicable for luxury hotels and will be charged directly to the guest upon check out (subject to change without prior notice).
Check in/Check out: Rooms will be made available to Guests from 3pm on the day of arrival. The rooms must be vacated by midday at the latest on the day of departure and any delay may lead to an additional night being invoiced. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and entirely at the discretion of the hotel. Additional charges may apply
CHILDREN POLICY
Children Meal Supplements: Children until 11.99 years are eating free on the same meal plan the adults are booked and Children from 12 to 17.99 years are having 50% discount on the meal plan the adults are booked.
Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner is available inclusive of selected soft drinks
Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is applicable inclusive of selected wine, house spirits and beer. Christmas Brunch on 25th December is optional. Guests booked on regular HB will avail of dinner only. FB guests lunch entitlement will be in a dedicated outlet with our Chefs selection.
Christmas Eve Dinner and New Year's Eve Gala Dinner are restricted from any discount offers, such as EBO, all markets offer or any other offers.
