• All the above quoted rates are in dirhams (aed), the local currency of the uae. Tourism dirham fees of aed 20 per room per night are not included and will be charged directly to guests upon check out.
• No name changes will be accepted and will incur the applicable cancellation fee as per contract policy.
• The guest shall not invite into the hotel any person whose behaviour is likely to be disruptive to the hotel and/or to the stay of other guests
• The guest shall not smoke in public premises and should only smoke in bedrooms if they have been classified as a smoking room and booked in advance as such a room.
• The guest will be liable for all damage caused by him/her and/or his/her invitees within the hotel and shall bear all costs arising from such damage and/or failure to comply with the above rules.

Children’s accommodation policy, subject to availability in the hotel, is as follows:
• Accommodation and breakfast free for 2 children under 4 years sharing parents' room.
• please note that the option to add an extra bed is available only in selected rooms and suites that have the necessary space and configuration to accommodate this request.
• Baby cots are offered on a complimentary basis, subject to availability.
