This charming, family-friendly hotel is located within the walls of the Castle of São Jorge, in the heart of the Lisbon historic centre. Guests will find pubs, the bus and underground stations, the Casa dos Bicos historical house within walking distance. Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower are located roughly 5 km from the hotel and the National Museum of Ancient Art is located roughly 3 km away. Lisbon Portela Airport is approximately 9 km from the hotel.||This hotel is a small mansion built within the Castle of São Jorge walls, on the site of the former Alcaçova Palace. The historical building from 1765 comprises 2 floors and a mansard, an inner courtyard with a small garden and some medieval remains such as the cistern. There is a lobby with 24-hour reception. Guests will find 14 welcoming rooms offering complete modern day comfort, such as free WLAN Internet access. The hotel is air-conditioned and features a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a bar and breakfast room. For an additional fee, guests may take advantage of the room and laundry services.||All rooms are fitted with en suite bath, hairdryer and double bed.
