T&C and Dining Options:

• Half Board (Dinner will be served at La Fontana Restaurant) includes food and bottled local water only. All additional beverages will be charge as per consumption & will be posted to the guests’ folio and paid by the guest directly
• Full Board (Lunch and Dinner will be served at La Fontana Restaurant) includes food and bottled local water only. All additional beverages will be charge as per consumption & will be posted to the guests’ folio and paid by the guest directly

• All rates are net, per room per night, applicable for single and / or double occupancy, inclusive of Buffet Breakfast and non-commissionable.
• The above rates are subject to the Tourism Dirhams Fee per bedroom per night, separately charged directly to the guest.
• Rates are valid for FIT bookings only (maximum 9 rooms). Rates do not apply for groups.

• Minimum Length of Stay:

-Minimum Length of stay (4 nights) for NYE period - 28th December 2025 – 02nd January 2026.

- No Check out allowed 31st December 2025 and 1st of January 2026.

• Check-in / Check-out Time:

-Check- in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

- Early check in and late check out are subject to hotel availability.

- Early check in prior to 09:00 hours - 50% of the Room Rate and prior to 06:00 hours - 100% of the Room Rate.

-Late check out until 14:00 hours –subject to availability and free of charge

-Late check at 14:00-18:00 hours - 50% of the Room Rate / After 18:00 hours - 100% of the Room Rate

» CHILDREN POLICY:

• Baby Cot for infants (0-1.99) will be provided free of charge subject to availability.
• Children (0-5.99 years of age) can share their parent’s room on existing bedding based on same parent’s meal
• Children (6-11.99 years of age) Compulsory Extra bed . Extrabed charges apply as mentioned below.
