CHILDREN POLICY:
0 – 5.99 years Sharing with parents in the same room child meals are free as per parents’ meal plan. Maximum number of children as per room plan chart
6 – 11.99 years Sharing with parents in the same room, child breakfast rate is free of charge. Maximum number of children as per occupancy chart.
Bookings on Half Board/Full Board Supplement - each child will be charged as per below meal supplement rates.

BEDDING:
Please refer to Extra bedding policy as follows:
0 – 3.99 years Baby cot at no extra charge
4 – 11.99 years Maximum of one (1) extra bed will be provided at no extra charge in any room type
12 years and above Extra person rate will apply on accommodation as per contract. For all other meals adult rate apply

Meal Supplements:
The Half Board/Full Board supplement is not applicable on special event menus on 24th December Christmas Eve Dinner, 25th December Christmas Day Brunch and 31st Dec 2022 New Year’s Eve Dinner.Half Board & Full Board supplements are based on lunch or dinner buffet served in the all-day dining restaurant or Yasmin Lounge.
Half Board/Full Board supplement may not be availed during Sunday Brunch

The Department of Dubai Tourism and Commercial Marketing Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night is payable by the guest upon departure and is not included in the rate.

UPDATE ON MEAL SUPPLEMENTS

Kindly note that Half Board and Full Board basis shall be honored as a Set-Menu on Theme Nights i.e, Friday Grill Night and Saturday Seafood Night, should the guests wish to avail the Theme Nights instead of the set Menu ; an additional Supplement of AED 99 per person per meal will apply on top of the HB & FB Supplements.

 The above contracted rates are valid for all markets except UAE

Amendment Policy:
All Seasons At any time, changes in name, date or duration will require a new booking to be made, subject to availability and rate at that
time
No-Show Policy:
All Seasons 100% charge on total booking on meal plan booked.
Early Departure Policy:
All Seasons 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance
payment the amount will be non-refundable.
