EARLY DEPARTURE, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

- In case of a cancellation, a written notice of cancellation must be received by the hotel on or before the release/cut-off

period as stated in this agreement to avoid penalty. In the event such written notice is not received within the time limit

stated, the hotel reserves the right to charge as follows

- No Shows or early departures will be subjected to 100% of the accommodation rate for the entire period of the
