Breakfast - Breakfast is to be enjoyed at a dedicated restaurant venue when booking bed & breakfast rates.

Half Board - Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner (please see below T&C and dining options).

Full Board - Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner (please see below T&C and dining options).

Half Board Plus - Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner+ unlimited Drinks (please see below T&C and dining options).

Full Board Plus - Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner + unlimited Drinks (please see below T&C and dining options).

Meal Supplement Terms and Conditions:

• On 31st December Half Board will be available for lunch only

• On 31st December Full Board will not be available

• Guests are entitled to choose either lunch or dinner on daily basis when staying on Half Board. Half Board and Full Board is available in selected outlets only as mentioned below.

• Half Board and Full Board supplements should be added per person per night and will include food only.

• Half Board and Half Board Plus supplement to be added to Bed & Breakfast rates and is per person per night.

• Full Board and Full Board Plus supplement to be added to Bed & Breakfast rates and is per person per night.

• Half Board and Full Board supplements also apply to additional occupants on extra bed and existing bedding with supplement charges

• Operation time and date period of the restaurants excluding Palm Kitchen may vary depending on weather conditions or hotels operational terms. Restaurant options are subject to change.

• Drinks supplement is available for Lunch or Dinner only and include an unlimited beverage package as per the conditions below:

- Drinks to be consumed exclusively during the meal time, while dining in the outlet

- Unlimited alcohol package for adults only (21 YEARS AND ABOVE), as per applicable local regulation.

Festive Season

• A minimum stay of 4 nights applies for arrival from 25 December 2026 to 03 January 2027 (Both Dates Inclusive).

• All stays and staying through from 25 December 2026 to 03 January 2027 will be secured against a 100% non-refundable payment to be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.

• No Check-in’s or Check-out’s permitted for the night of 31st December.

• New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory.

• On 31st December Half Board will be available for lunch only

• On 31st December Full Board will not be available

- The drinks package is not applicable from 25 December 2026 to 03 January 2027

Christmas / New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

• Early check-in and late check-out will be charged at 100% of the applicable room rate and must be requested in advance

CHILDREN POLICY

• Children up to 11.99 booked on Half Board/Full Board are only entitled for Kids Menu, if Adult HB/FB Menu is required, Half Board/Full Board Supplement applies. It is to be charged additionally 50% of Adult Meal supplement rate.
