T&C and Dining Options:

Breakfast is served in “Envy” restaurant

Half Board (Dinner, can beswapped to lunch with prior notice, except Saturday)
Half Board Plus – 2 house alcoholic beverages or 2 soft drinks during meals per person
Full Board Plus – 2 house alcoholic beverages or 2 soft drinks during meals per person
The type of the meal can change without prior notice (Hybrid, Buffet to Set menu and vice versa)
Ramadan Period: Breakfast can be exchanged for Suhoor only (cannot be exchanged for Iftar); Normal Breakfast timings will apply for the non-fasting guests; Dinner/Iftar will be served after Maghrib Prayer
On Christmas Eve Half Board and Half Board Plus are available for Lunch only
On New Year’s Eve Half Board and Half Board Plus are available for Lunch only
On Easter date Half Board and Half Board Plus are available for dinner only.

•Bakalis – Authentic Greek flavors in a vibrant taverna atmosphere. Upgrade supplement of AED 150 per person, per meal applies on top of HB, HB+, FB or FB+.

•Rohini On Wheels – Trendy food truck serving creative beachside bites. Set Menu.

•MIMO Café – A Portuguese-inspired café serving fresh pastries, light bites, and specialty coffees. Set Menu.

•UBK at Wyndham Residences The Palm – Relaxed urban dining with a Set Menu.

Check-in time is 15:00 hrs on the arrival date. Check-in before 10:00 hrs will be subject to 100% of the room rate and is
subject to availability.
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the departure date. Late check-out charges are applicable as follows:
- Check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 hrs. will be subject to 50% room rate charge and is subject to availability.
- Check-out later than 18:00 hrs. will be subject to 100% of the room charge
