Breakfast
Breakfast is to be enjoyed at a dedicated restaurant venue when booking bed & breakfast rates.
Half Board
Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner (please see below T&C and dining options).
T&C and Dining Options:
• Guests on Half Board are entitled to a la carte breakfast at Brasserie or in villa breakfast, and evening meals during their stay.
• Half Board evening meals are available at the following participating restaurants:
1. Brasserie (choice of one starter, one main course, and one dessert per person from the main menu subject to exclusions).
• Half Board is inclusive of food only. Beverages will be charged on consumption.
• Half Board must be booked for the entire stay and identified on the guest voucher or itinerary.
• Half Board must be booked for all guests staying in the same room.
• No credit is given if the Half Board benefit is not consumed.
• Pre-booking of the restaurants for dinner is required.
• Half Board does not apply for special events in the restaurants and the Festive New Year’s Eve Gala Dinne

- Check-in / Check-out Time:
Check-in time for all guests is 15.00hrs (3 pm) local time and check-out time is 12.00hrs (12 noon) local time. For guaranteed earlier access to guest rooms, 100% of the contracted rate will be charged
for the night prior, subject to availability. Late check-out until 18.00hrs (6 pm) will be charged at 50% of the contracted rate and 100% charges for late check-out after 18.00hrs (6 pm) onwards,
subject to availability. Flight details or estimated arrival time of the guest must be given at the time of booking.
» CHILDREN POLICY:
Children 0-3.99 years of age inclusive, stay and dine when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis on existing bedding with a maximum of one rollaway bed.
Children between 4-11.99 years of age and above are subject to supplement charges when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis on existing bedding with a maximum of one
rollaway bed per bedroom.
Guests 12 years of age and above are subject to supplement charges when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis on existing bedding with a maximum of one rollaway bed
per bedroom.
All guests staying at The Biltmore Hotel Villas will enjoy the following benefits:
