GENERAL POLICY
The above room rates are excluding Tourism Dirham. Tourism Dirham Fee per room, per night is required before check-in.
The above contracted rates are valid for Individual bookings only and not valid for group bookings of 8 rooms & above.
Should the UAE government decide on applying new taxes/ fees during the validity of this agreement, the same will be added to the above rates from the date the decree stipulates so.
This contract supersedes any previous contracts; rates offers received or signed for the same period/ markets validity.

Check-in 14.00 hrs. / Check-out 12.00 hrs.
Late check-out until 18.00 hrs is charged 50% of the total room rate.
Late check-out after 18.00 hrs is charged 100% of the total room rate (subject to availability on the date of check-out)
The hotel has a limited number of non-smoking rooms. Kindly request at the time of reservation, as these rooms are allocated asrequested and are subject to availability.
As per local govt. law, every guests need to present valid passport or Emirates ID upon check in. Any guest, even the repeat guest without proper identification will not be permitted to check in.
Wholesalers/DMCs agree to comply with the policy & procedure guidelines, respect the property, employees, guests, health and safety at all the times.
The hotel will not be responsible for personal property brought in or left in the room or public area. Valuable should be deposited atall times in safe box maintained for guest use.

All extra charges of the guest not covered by the tariff terms will be charged to the guest. The guest will be required to provide a credit guarantee or cash deposit on check-in. If the guest refuses either option and does not settle their account on departure, we request the assistance of the tour operator in recovering the outstanding balance. All extras are subject to municipality fee and service charge.
CHILDREN POLICY
0 – 5.99 years old - Free on booked meal plan of parents
6 – 11.99 Years old - 50% discount on all meal supplements
12 years old & above - Regular adult meal supplement
Infant sharing their parent’s room will stay free of charge and on the same meal plan, i.e., 1 adult and up to 2 infants = 1 single room and 2 adults and up to 2 infants = 1 double room.
A child sharing their parent’s room and requires an extra bed, will be charged the third person supplement as per adult meal plan booked. Baby cot will be provided on complimentary basis subject to availability.
Promotional rates which do not have contracted meal plan supplements should calculate the child meal rates at 50% of published adult buffet meal rates.
Meals ordered a la carte will be charged at the published rates.
Please refer to the above max occupancy & extra bed policy to identify the max number of children that can share parent’s room
