In case of advanced payment, the amount will not be refundable.

GENERAL POLICY
Tourism Dirham of AED 15.00 per bedroom per night is not included in the rates and is payable by guests at checkout.
A minimum length of stay of 4 nights is required for guests arriving between 29 and 31 December 2026/2027, and no check out is allowed on 31 December 2026/2027.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Check-in time is 15:00 check-out time is 12:00. All guests arriving before 12:00 will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
Early check-in can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the 1st night room rate for arrivals between 9 am – 3 pm. 100% charges will apply for arrivals before 9 am. Late check out can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the last night room rate for departure between 12 pm – 6 pm. 100% charges will apply for departure after 6 pm.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:
Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you.
Should the Company after the cancellation deadline reduce the number of nights of the confirmed reservation or if the guest checks out early, the hotel will charge the Company for the full duration of the original reservation. 100% of the booking period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advanced payment, the amount will not be refundable.

• Baby cots for children below 2 years old are provided free of charge and are subject to availability and prior booking
