From a former XVIII century palace to a stylish, characterful space in the heart of the Bairro Alto area. Our hotel is an homage to Lisbon's golden light and bohemian charm. A unique and indigenous experience for all who visit. Our design is inspired by the light and patterns of the stunning Bairro Alto area. We wanted to capture the personality of Lisbon, so we collaborated with local Portuguese businesses and artists at every opportunity. From the sculptural brass chandelier above our Grand Staircase, to our bespoke collection of original artworks. Every element has been thoughtfully sourced and crafted. Stylishly laidback, authentically Lisbon. This property is located in Bairro Alto. From its roof you can see the river Tejo. The Lumiares Boutique Hotel offers accommodation in Lisbon. The Chiado neighborhood is 400 meters away. All units are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Some have a lounge or dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher and there is an oven and a coffee machine. All accommodation has a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Pets:- Our hotel welcomes pets so that guests don't have to leave them at home when they go on vacation! - Additional NET fee of 30 Euros per night.To make life easier for our guests, we offer the essentials:- A bed and a blanket- Healthy snacks- Concierge service for the most comfortable stay possiblePet Policy:- Dogs and cats allowed (maximum 15kg)- 1 pet allowed per room.- Subject to availability at the time of order.- Presentation of the Pet Identification Document is mandatory.- Pet passport (within EU) or health certificate (to enter the EU);- Pets should not be left alone in the room. If you need to leave your pet alone, you must inform reception how long you will be gone.- Pets cannot be in beds- It is mandatory to use a leash in common areas of the hotel- Any damage caused by the pet will be the sole responsibility of the owner. Consequently, the replacement of the damaged object will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in.- In case of noise or disturbance caused by the pet, the hotel may cancel your stay- The pet must not use the bathroom or showers in the rooms.
