The hotel enjoys a fantastic location with a breathtaking view over the peninsula of the Old Town of Nessebar. The beach is only 250 m away. The nearest bus station is roughly 50 m, Bourgas Airport is 30 km from the hotel and Varna Airport is about 100 km away.This design hotel was completely renovated in 2010 and offers a unique atmosphere, a built-in windmill and a wonderful sea view from each room. There are 48 rooms in total at this air-conditioned beach hotel. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further hotel facilities include safety deposit boxes as well as laundry service (fees apply), ironing, dry cleaning and ababysitting service. Facilities also include a currency exchange and lift access. There is a café, winery and a restaurant on the premises. Conference facilities are available to business travellers and Internet access is provided. Guests can take advantage of the roomservice on offer. Those guests who are arriving by car may park their vehicle in the hotel's car park.The comfortable guest rooms feature natural wood furniture, a luxury double bed, lounge with sofa and armchair, LCD TV set, satellite TV, Internet access and a safe. Additional amenities include a minibar, fixed telephone, individual air conditioning and heating. Each room has a natural stone en suite bathroom, with a hairdryer and shower or bathtub. A balcony or terrace features as standard in all accommodation.There is an outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area, a sunbathing terrace, sunbeds and umbrellas at guests' disposal. Refreshments are available from the poolside snack bar.
