The property is located 1. 1 miles from Typhoon Beach. Please note: Pets are not allowed. For the 5-Bedroom Villa, the living room is shared. Upon check-in, guests must present their passport. A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival. The amount ranges from IDR 1, 600, 000 – 4, 000, 000, depend on room type & villa category, though in some cases it may be higher. The deposit can be paid by cash / card and will be fully refunded in cash or via bank transfer at check-out, subject to a property inspection. Please be informed that there is ongoing construction at our property, which is scheduled until December 31, 2025.
