For arrivals between 28th December and 02nd January a minimum length of stay of five (5) consecutive nights is applicable for all room types and suites of The Retreat Palm MGallery by Sofitel LLC.
Check-in / Check-out Time:
Check-in is from 03:00 PM on the day of arrival.Check-out on day of departure is 12:00 PM.Rooms or suites requiring check-in prior to 03:00 PM will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms / suites will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room / suite rate and should be requested
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late departures up to 06:00 PM are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room / suite rate. For any check-out after 06:00 PM, the regular published rate will be applicable (subject to availability).
No check in / check-out is allowed on 31st December
Early departures: Guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.

Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
Children less than 0 to 5.99 old stay free of charge on existing bedding inclusive of breakfast .
