Half Board guests can enjoy a three-course meal for lunch or dinner as part of their room package

Half Board excludes the festive events (Christmas Brunch, New Year’s Gala Dinner, Easter brunch, Ramadan Iftar), seasonal promotions and premium menu items, which are marked on the menu.

Children below 12 years dine on the same meal plan as their parents, from the kids menu.

Children aged between 6 to 12 years old will have the option to dine from the adult’s menu for a supplement charge

Dining option and supplement charge options are subject to change.

Half Board Supplement is excluding beverages & is not applicable for In-room-dining orders

Half Board Supplement doesn’t have any cash value and cannot be refunded nor cumulated or used towards future stay.

HALF BOARD GUIDE

As a guest on our Half Board program, you can enjoy a three-course meal for lunch or dinner as part of your room package, along with breakfast, available at the following restaurants and bars, inclusive of food only*. Please note children aged between 6 to 12 years old will have the option to dine from the adult’s menu for a supplementary charge , kids need to dine along with their parents. The last food order time is 10:30 pm for à la carte restaurants.

Festive Season

Christmas / New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

The hotel does not allow any name changes on the bookings already reported and no exceptions will be granted.

Check-in time is at 15:00 hours and check-out time is at 12:00 hours. For guaranteed early check-in, the previous night accommodation must be booked at the contracted rate.

Late check out after 12:00 hours is subject to availability and discretion of the hotel and to be charged as follows:

50% of the contracted nightly rate until 18:00 hours

Full night charge after 18:00 hours

Cancellation Policy

Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and a re-booking, and as such, are subject to canion chacellatrges.

The daily cancellation fee will not be contingent on Hotel’s occupancy for the nights for which rooms are cancelled.

No refunds will be provided for early departure.
