Half board meals to be served in the main restaurant: Basta! excluding drinks. All beverages will be charged as per consumption
Half board meals does not include Brunch.
Half board bookings on Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year’s Eve (31 December) are for lunch only.
Half Board bookings on Christmas Day (25 December) are restricted for dinner only. Bookings for lunch or dinner during the festive periods can be made through the restaurant reservations department.
Half Board does not apply to celebratory-themed nights and brunches.

New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

- Check-out time is 12:00 hours
- Early departures: Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
Cots for children below 5.99 years old will be provided free.
Children between 6 – 11.99 years old stay free on existing bedding when sharing the room with parents and eat free from the Kids menu in the main restaurant, only when accompanied by an adult
Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.

Butler Service

Hotel will provide complimentary Butler Service inclusive of: 24hr access to the eButler Service Desk, unpacking and packing service, complimentary tea selection and coffee service throughout the day, garment pressing (2 pcs per day), Assistance with travel reservations and confirmations, destination insights, culinary guidance and retail recommendations etc.
