Tourism Dirham, AED20 per bedroom per ni not included in the rates and is payable by guests at checkout.
Mandatory minimum length of stay of 5 nights for stays on or between: 29.12.2026 02.01.2027
Check-out is not allowed on December 31, 2026
Smoking Policy: All rooms and suites are 100% smoke-free.
Smoking is allowed in The St. Regis Bar & designated area in the restaurant & Adult Pool area.
Special Requests: Early check in, low/high floors and interconnecting rooms are subject to availability on day of arrival
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Check-in time is 15:00, check-out time is 12:00.
All guests arriving before 15:00 noon will be accommodated subject to availability of rooms. Baggage may be stored at Concierge for those arriving early if rooms are not available for early check-in.
* Early check-in can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the Ist night room rate for arrivals between 10 am - 3pm. 100% charges will apply for arrivals before 10 am.
* Late check out can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the last night room rate for departure between 12 pm - 6 pm. 100% charges will apply for departure after 6 pm.
» CHILDREN POLICY:
Cots for children under 3 years are provided free of charge and are subject to availability and prior booking
One child 3 - 11.99 stays for free in existing bedding when sharing the room with the adults and eats free from the kids menu in the main restaurant only when accompanied by an adult.
A maximum of one child can be accommodated in Deluxe/Grand Deluxe King rooms & Suites when sharing a king size bed (extra child cannot be accommodated in Twin Rooms). Extra Child Charge & Rollaway Beds: An extra bed for children below 12 years old is charged per extra bed.
Extra adult cannot be accomodated in Twin rooms
