Terms & Conditions 2024-2025
During New year's Eve (31st December) HB,(Half board) can only be used for lunch and not for dinner.

Family Policy:
Deluxe Suite; Premium Suite & 1 Bedroom Apartment:
Maximum of 2 children less than 06 years old or 1 child less than 12 years old can be accomodated with the parents/guardians free of charge without extra bed.
A maximum limit of total 3 persons with an inclusion of one extra bed are allowed.

Grand Suite & 2 Bedroom Apartment:
Maximum of 2 children less than 06 years old or 1 child less than 12 years old can be accomodated with the parents/guardians in 2 Bedroom suite free of charge without extra bed.
A maximum limit of total 5 persons with an inclusion of one extra bed are allowed.

Early Check-In & Out Policy :
-The Check In time is 2:00 PM and the Check Out time is 12:00 noon.
-Early Check In is subject to room availability. For guaranteed early check in room must be booked from previous day.
-Early check in must coordinate with Hotel prior to arrival.

-Check-Out time is 12:00 noon, the extensiom is subject to room availability and will be charged 50% of the room charge till 06:00 PM.
-Late departure is subject to room availability and will be charged full night after 06:00 PM.
-In case of Early Departure, the full amount of stay will be charged.

Complimentary In House Facilities:
Free in room Wi-Fi internet connectivity.
Free use of 25 meter pool, Jacuzzi and gymnasium with state of the art equipment.
Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Deluxe Suite & 01 Bedroom Apartment starts from 65 sqm and 2 Bedroom Suite & Apartment starts from 110 sqm.
Kids club and separate kids swimming pool.
Scheduled shuttle service to Jumeirah Open Beach and Dubai Outlet Mall.

The rates are subject to Tourism Dirham. Please refer to the below table for the charges per bedroom per night.

The hotel reseves the right of discretion to change the contracted rates at any time in case Dubai Governement will increase or implement additional taxes.
