TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PERIOD 02/01/2020-01/01/2023
VALID FOR ALL MARKETS
-The above rates do not include the Tourism Dirham Fee which is chargeable at 20 Dirham’s per bedroom per night and needs to be settled directly at the hotel by the guest.
CHILD POLICY:
- The Hotel’s Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals.
- Children up to the age of 11.99 years are accommodated for free and on the same board basis as adults when sharing their parents’ room without an extra bed.
-One adult sharing a room with one or two children aged up to 17.99 years (inclusive) will pay the applicable double room.

- Above Room Types - Occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 1 adult and 2 kids. Only 1 extra bed can be placed. Max occupancy are 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.
-Triple rooms - It is the operator’s responsibility to inform the guest that the 3rd bed (extra bed) in the room is a roll-away bed.

- Complimentary rose petal bath and in room full breakfast on the first morning, 50% discount massage treatment in Elixir Spa for the Groom and the Bride - All seasons.
Beach Access
-All in-house guest will have complimentary pool & beach access at Habtoor Grand Hotel (Shuttle service available) - All seasons.
Tourism Dirham fees of AED 20 per room per night which is paid by the guest.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME: Check-in time is 15:00hrs and check-out time is 12:00hrs (noon). Late check out until 18:00hrs is charged at 50% of the room rate and if after 18:00hrs will be charged at 100% of room rate (subject to 07% municipality fees and 10% service charges). Please note that late check out is offered subject to availability.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: An early departure fee of one (1) night’s room and fees will be billed to the Company in the event guests do not utilize all nights originally booked but not consumed.
