The Beatrice complex can accommdate a total of 14 guests in the two alluting villas.

Villa Barbara (front) consists of two levels.

The ground floor features the spacious living area, a kitchenette, the cinema room, an office and two en-suite bedrooms

The first floor includes the living area with the fireplace, an open plan fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, the guests’ bathroom and two en-suite bedrooms.

On the same level and outside, there is a lounge area with sunbeds and comfy chairs as well as the wonderful infinity pool.

Slightly elevated and right behind the pool is Villa Christina.

Villa Christina also consists of 2 levels.

The ground level features a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area as well as the guests’ bathroom are situated.

On the first level there are three en-suite bedrooms.

Apart from the pool and the lounge areas, the outdoor area also includes the outdoor dining area, the BBQ, the beach and the beach bar and the billiard.

Villa Barbara has four double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom.

Two of them are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor.

Villa Christina features three more double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and they are located on the first level.

All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Each villa also features a half bathroom for the guests.

Villa Barbara features a a living area and the cinema room on the ground floor and on the first floor there is another living area with a fireplace.

In Villa Christina, the spacious living area is located on the ground floor.

Villa Barbara features a kitchenette on the ground floor and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor.

Villa Christina features one more kitchen on the ground floor.

The private infinity swimming pool is located in between of the two villas for easy access on both sides.

The main feature of these villas is definitely the private pebble beach, which is just a few steps away.

The outdoor facilities include the infinity swimming pool, the private beach & bar, the BBQ, the outdoor dining area, several lounge areas as well as the billiard.

The villa has its own private parking space

Smart Living feature: Temperature, Lighting system, Alarm system and Music all controlled from a tablet.
