Villa Cisterna is positioned in probably the most exclusive position on the beautiful island of Capri. On the sea, in the suggestive bay of Marina Piccola, the villa enjoys an enchanting view of the Faraglioni. Located on the famous Via Krupp, this charming, recently renovated historic residence is easily accessible by car and is one of the very few properties on the island with direct private access to a beach. The views from the property are incredibly beautiful. With the sea lapping to the south, Villa Cisterna enjoys sunshine all day and as the sun sets, the scenery changes colour, giving way to the flickering lights of the yacht reflecting on the water. The villa sits on 3000 square meters of private land with large outdoor spaces consisting of panoramic balconies and terraces, a private swimming pool (6m x 3m) and large grassy gardens spread over multiple levels. The main house, very bright and equipped with every comfort, is on two levels. The first level has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The second level houses two double bedrooms with private bathroom and large panoramic windows overlooking the sea and the famous Faraglioni. Below the main house is the guest apartment which is accessed separately. The spacious open-plan layout features a double bedroom, a fitted lounge and seating areas, a bathroom and a kitchenette.
