This modern, newly built, villa-style apartment hotel is located in a quiet area of Lapad, within walking distance of the beach and offers distant views of the famous Dubrovnik Bridge. Located a short walk from the bus stop with regular bus services, guests can take a short bus ride to the old town of Dubrovnik in the city centre or to surrounding beaches. Guests will also find restaurants, the tourist centre and shops within walking distance. The Dubrovnik Airport is located approximately 24 km from the hotel.||The 4-storey hotel consists of 12 modern and spacious 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and a terrace. There is a small aperitif bar at the back of the property. This property is suitable for families due to the spacious 2-bedroom apartments. All apartments have sliding doors to their respective large balconies overlooking the new harbour of Dubronvik. The hotel has a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, while those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel car park or garage.||The rooms offer a large living room with satellite TV and DVD player, a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave, balconies with lovely views and a bathroom with either bath/shower or shower and hairdryer. The bright and airy living area of these apartments contains a double pull-out couch suitable for 2 small children or one adult. Further amenities include a double bed, tea and coffee making facilities, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and a safety deposit box.||The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar, solarium/sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols.
