**Location:** in a quiet and residential area, overlooking the harbour and the Gulf of Naples. **Distances:** from the beach: 2,5 km from Marina Grande beach, with sand and pebbles –2 km from the centre. **Description:** a luxury villa surrounded by the greenery of a 1480-hectare park, with Mediterranean plants and evergreen trees, it consists of a central building arranged over three levels and an outbuilding connected by paths and stone stairs. **Central building:** connected to the main entrance via 20 steps, with a large living room and a dining room with an ancient ceramic stove and large windows with panoramic views on the ground floor. 11 steps connect it to the lower floor which houses a fully equipped kitchen and a small furnished terrace.
