MEAL INFORMATION

Half / Full Board: o Supplement for Half Board is per person per night and per child (6 – 11.99 years old) per night. Supplement for Half Board Plus is per person per night and per child (6 – 11.99 years old) per night.  Supplement for Full Board is per person per night and per child (6 – 11.99 years old) per night.  Supplement for Full Board Plus is  per person per night and per child (6 – 11.99 years old) per night.  Half board / Full board supplements are available in Maison Mathis, All-Day Dining Restaurant.  Half Board supplement is applicable for lunch or dinner and Full Board supplement includes both, lunch and dinner. Half and Full Board Meal supplements are per person per meal. All meals offered are a 3 - Course set menu inclusive of filtered drinking water. Bottled drinking water will be at an additional charge. All drinks will be charged as per consumption.  Half Board Plus and Full Board Plus meals include house alcoholic beverages. Alcohol service is limited to two (2) hours only alongside the meal. For Children, house canned juices and colas will be offered alongside their meals and is limited to two (2) Hours of service.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The above rates are net per room per night inclusive of municipality fee, service charge and (subject to Government changes)

All Balcony room types are on a request (R) basis. Other room types are on free/stop sale or as per the availability charts.

All bookings must be on Sell and Report to the hotel daily on the day of booking.
Event supplements should be added to all contracted rates for any reservation falling during this period and are per room per
night inclusive of service charge, municipality fees and VAT.
Meal supplements are per person per meal inclusive of service charge and taxes. All meals, will be at Maison Mathis, All-day Dining Restaurant. HB is applicable for lunch or dinner, FB for lunch and dinner.
All rooms are on free sale or upon request, until such time the hotel notifies you to cease booking rooms.

The Hotel reserves the right to add new major exhibitions announced in the city.
The Hotel reserves the right to send Stop Sale with 24 hours’ notice period.

Children Policy

 Children till 5.99 years sharing their parent’s room stay free of charge based on accommodation (max 2 children per room). - Children from 6 - 11.99 years sharing their parent’s room are entitled to free accommodation & pay 50 AED per night for breakfast - Children from 6 - 11.99 years sharing their parent’s room are entitled to 50% discount on other meals rates.

NOTE:
1. In addition to the existing bedding, a maximum of one roll out bed and/or one baby cot can be accommodated in each room. Roll out bed and baby cot are subject to availability at the time of reservation. If extra bedding is required, supplements will apply.
2. If there are two children or two infants, then one child or one infant will be accommodated on the existing bedding and the other child or infant on a roll out bed (subject to availability). Or a Family Suite may be reserved.

Policy

Should guest wish to extend their stay beyond the period originally booked and confirmed, the Hotel will apply the best available rate unless the extension was channelled through the Agent at least (one) day before the original check-out date. The request for the extension of accommodation will be always subject to availability.

Walk-out Policy: In the unlikely event that the hotel has to book out a guest with a confirmed and complete reservation, the Hotel will be responsible to arrange accommodation for the guest in a similar category property. The Hotel will arrange a courtesy transfer and will grant the guest a phone call up to 3 minutes to any destination in the world or a 15-minutes internet usage. The Hotel will arrange to bring back the guest to the Hotel as soon as the room’s availability permits

Extra bed charge:  Bed & breakfast per person per night. o Parking: Hotel offers self-parking at no charge and valet parking at no charge per day (plus applicable taxes) o Porterage: If applicable, the Hotel will provide Porterage service for no charge per round-trip, per person (plus applicable taxes
