T&C and Dining Options:

• The type of the meal can change without prior notice. (Buffet to Set menu and vice versa).

• Ramadan Period: Breakfast can be exchanged for Sohour only (cannot be exchanged for Iftar); Normal Breakfast timings will apply for the non-fasting guests; Dinner/Iftar will be served after Maghrib Prayer.

• Room bookings with meal plans start with the respective meal, after the official check in time (15:00 hrs) of the day of arrival and finish with breakfast on the day of departure.

• The Hotel reserves the right to alter opening timings for outlets and in any such case, will provide an alternative solution to the in-house Guests.

• Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.

• The Hotel operates certain outlets as 21+ year venues only, these include La Discotheque and the Champagne Bar.

• The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the minimum age policy to venues and outlets.

• Hotel Operated Events means daily activations such as brunches, hotel-managed festivals, pool and beach parties etc. In-house guests will have a special rate.

• Minibar and room service are not included in any meal plan

Dining Entitlements for In-House Guests:

On 31st December 2025, meal plan inclusions will apply as follows:

• Half Board (HB) Guests: Entitled for lunch only.

• Full Board (FB) Guests: Entitled to lunch at the restaurant and dinner as part of the Gala event.

• Gala Dinner is compulsory for all in-house guests.

• A minimum length of three (3) nights applies to bookings arriving between 29 December 2025 and 1 January 2026.

• No departure/check-out is allowed on 31 December 2025.
