• The rates quoted for Hotel services (accommodation, food, & beverage and other services) are subject to tax and municipality fees unless stipulated. In the event that such tax/taxes are varied, whether by The Government of Dubai/ UAE or any other authorities like DED, DTCM or Dubai Municipality, the rates quoted will be adjusted to include the amount of tax.

Airport Transfers
• Pick up and drop off from Dubai International Airport (T1, T2 & T3), Pick Up @ AED. 150/- & drop off @ AED. 100/- for FIT bookings only.

• Above 11 years, will be considered as Adult
• Meal rates are not included in the contracted rates and will be charged directly to the guest unless the guest’s name and number of children accompanying them appear on the issued voucher.
• Meal rates include 10% Service Charges, 7% Municipality Fee and 5% VAT and are noncommissionable

Child Policy:
• Less than 5.99 year can be accommodated free of charge with Parents within existing bed.Baby cot can be provided, subject to availability.
• Between 6 and 10.99 years, stay with Parents with 50% discount on EB & Meals.
• Above 11 years will be considered as Adult regardless extra bed to be charged.

Name Changes:
Any Name changes for bookings during High & Peak Season date will be considered as cancelled as per the cancellation policy and a request for NEW booking will be confirmed subject to availability.

Check-in & Check-out:
Guests can check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 12:00 noon.
Extra charges apply for guaranteed early check-in and late check-out. For early arrivals the hotel can provide change room facilities and temporary luggage storage.
