The rates are inclusive of full board (3 meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner, excluding beverages) and on-site activities.

CHILDREN POLICY: 

Reservations for clients with children under 10 years of age shall not be accepted unless the entire Hotel is booked by the guest,the ages of the children must be indicated in the reservation at the time of booking.

HONEYMOON AMENITIES:

A complimentary private dinner on the deck per room per stay
A bottle of Champagne in suite on arrival

In addition to the above amenities, Honeymooners booked for 4 nights of more will also receive Two complimentary 60 minute Timeless Spa treatments from a selected menu per room per stay.
The Hotel reserves the right to ask for a copy of the wedding certificate. Above amenities are extended to the couple staying in the hotel within 6 months of their wedding date.

INCLUSION:

The above rates are per suite per night on standard occupancy, and are inclusive of full board (3 meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner, inclusive of still water, tea and coffee) and 2 on-site activities per person per night. On-site activities included are wildlife drive, guided nature walks within Al Maha’s nature reserve, archery, falconry, camel trekking and sundowners.

PRE-PAYMENT FOR PREMIUM SUITES:
Credit card prepayment is required to reserve a Royal Suite or Emirates Suite. A prepayment of the total amount may be charged at
the time of making the reservation.

DRONES:
Using any motorized air vehicle such as drones or small devices is strictly prohibited. Capturing views or aerials in form of picture or videos of the hotel without prior management approval is strictly prohibited

New Year’s Eve Policy

A minimum of 3 nights’ stay is required during the period from 29th December 2024 to 03rd January 2025 (both dates are inclusive).

CHECK-IN AND CHECK POLICY:

Check-in time is 15:00 check-out time is 12:00. All guests arriving before 15:00 will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:

Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you.
