Full board

All-inclusive

Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch and Dinner +Alcohol in the dedicated restaurant.

No refund(s) are given for meals not consumed.

HB & FB package inclusive of food and water only.

The only beverage included in HB & FB is still water. Any food and beverage order placed through Room Service is charged as per published menu price(s) directly to the guest and must be settled upon departure.

Children must be booked on the same meal plan as their parents.

Extra adults must be booked on the same meal plan as the original booking.

Mini bar and Room Service consumption is not included.

Festive Season

Check out: 12:00 noon

• Early Check-in is available from 7am to 3pm on the day of arrival at an additional charge of 50% of the contracted rates.

• Early Check-in is subject to availability and must be communicated at the time of making the reservation.

• Early departures will be charged according to the original voucher (no adjustment will be given) on bed and breakfast basis.

• Late Check-out is subject to availability and must be communicated to Front Desk one day prior to scheduled departure from the hotel.

• Late Check-out charges are as follows:

12 pm until 6 pm at 50% off full nightly rate/6 pm onwards full night’s charge.

• Please note late check out charges must be paid by the guests directly to the hotel.

• Standard check-in procedures will apply at the Front Desk.

***We recommend that for arrivals between 01:00 am to 7:00 am, a room must be booked from the previous night at contracted rate, as we cannot guarantee that room will be available prior to official check-in time i.e. 3:00pm.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Infant (0-2.99 years old) stay free with baby cot included.

• 2 children age from 3 to 11.99 years old are included free of charge on same meal plan booked by the parents sharing the existing bedding (king or twin size).

• Child Extra Bed is chargeable.

• 3rd child age from 3 to 11.99 years can be accommodated based on the room maximum occupancy, mandatory charges apply for Extra Bed and meals.

• 3rd Child 3-11.99 years meal supplement are chargable

• 3rd Child 3-11.99 years old All Inclusive – Soft Beverage supplement (on top of breakfast supplement)

• 3rd child extra bed supplement (one extra bed is mandatory for every 3rd child 3-11.99 years sharing a room with parents).

• Maximum 2 extra beds can be provided per room for 2 children occupancy (as per room capacity).

• If there is a Children’s menu in place children’s meals will be priced accordingly and no discount will apply
