Half board will be restricted to Lunch only on 31st Dec 2025
Full board
Inclusive of Breakfast + Lunch and Dinner (will be served at the all-day dining Restaurant Nine7One).

» GENERAL POLICY:
• This contract is valid for packaged individual leisure bookings through travel agents from all international source markets
• Minimum Length of Stay:
- A minimum length of stay – TWO NIGHTS is required for all bookings.
- A minimum length of stay - THREE NIGHTS is required for bookings from 30th Dec 2025 to 1st Jan 2026.
- No check-out on 31st December 2025
• Check-in / Check-out Time:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 3:00 pm will require pre-registration to guarantee early check-in. Pre-registration on rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room rate and should be requested at the time of reservation.
- Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. Late departures up to 6:00 pm are available, subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room rate. Post 6:00 pm, the full day rate will be applicable.
- Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged for the full duration of the reserved stay.
• Shuttle Service:
- A daily, non-exclusive shuttle service to Dubai Mall and La Mer Beach is available for drop off & pick up once per day. For schedule details, please contact our concierge.
- The shuttle service is operated by a third-party provider. The hotel is not responsible for any cancellations or changes to the pick-up or drop-off schedule.

• Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
• Children 0-5.99 years old – sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or breakfast.
• Children 6-11.99 years old – sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation ; however, all meals, including breakfast are at a 50% discount except room service and minibar.
• Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.
