• Mekong – Asian Fusion (Thai, Vietnamese & Chinese) Restaurant – 3 courses from the a la carte menu – dinner only

• Bushman’s Restaurant and Bar – Australian Grill & Steak restaurant – 3 courses from the a la carte menu – dinner only

• The Beach House – Mediterranean Restaurant – 3 courses from the a la carte menu – lunch and dinner

GENERAL POLICY:

• Apartments rates are valid for all stays from 1-29 nights. All requests of 30 nights and above will be quoted on a case to case basis.

• Rates are valid for individual booking and are not applicable to groups of 10 rooms or more.

• Minimum Length of Stay:

- Not applicable, except for arrivals between 27 December 2026 and 4 January 2027 (included), a minimum stay of 5 (five) consecutive nights is applicable for stays at Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa including the Apartments.

- No check-out on 31 December 2026

• Check-in / Check-out Time:

- Check-in time is from 15:00 hours for the resort and 16:00 hours for the apartments. Rooms/Apartments requiring check-in prior to 15:00 and 16:00 hours will require pre-booking to guarantee check-in. Pre-booking of rooms/apartments will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room/apartment rate and should be requested at time of reservation.

- Check-out time is 12:00 hours for the resort and 11:00 hours for the apartments. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room/apartment rate. For any check outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable. Subject to availability.

- Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.

•Terms & Conditions:

- The guest can avail the above add-ons per stay in One Bedroom Pool Villa, One Bedroom Over Water Villa and Two Bedroom Beach Pool Villa.

- The above offer is only valid for villa bookings with a minimum length of stay of 5 consecuitve nights.

- Add ons must be reposted at the time of booking.

- Happy Hour add- on is valid as per the number of guests booked in the villa.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old

• Children 0-4.99 years old – sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals, except room service and mini bar. Baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability.

• Children 5-11.99 years old – sharing with parents the existing bed, or in an extra bed or in the built-in day sofa: no charge for accommodation or breakfast; all the other meals, room service and mini bar will be charged as per this contract.

• Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.

Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child (up to 11.99 years old) + 1 infant (up to 2.99 years old) - (Only one extra bed for the child and infant to share the existing bedding with parents) or 3 adults (3rd adult in and extra bed).

Bedding Configuration: 1 king size bed or 2 single beds.

Interconnecting rooms are subject to availability.

Deluxe Lagoon View, Deluxe Lagoon Access (52 sqm)

Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children/infants (one child/infant in the built in day sofa and the second child/infant in an extra bed or baby cot), or 3 adults + 1 child/infant (3rd adult in an extra bed and one child/infant in the built in day sofa).

Bedding Configuration: 1 king size bed or two single beds and a built in day sofa.

Interconnecting rooms are subject to availability.

Deluxe Family Lagoon Access (65 sqm)

Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + 3 children (3rd (3rd child/infant in an extra bed/baby cot in the children's room) or 3 adults + 2 children (3rd adult in the children's bedroom at additional charges per adult per night).

Bedding Configuration: Master bedroom (Ground level) equipped with king size bed and the children's room (second level) with bunk bed.

Anantara Two Bedroom Beach Pool Villa (206 sqm)

Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults + 2 children/infants (2 children/infants in 2 extra beds/baby cots), or 6 adults (5th & 6th adults in an extra beds).

Bedding Configuration: 1 king size bed in master bedroom and two single beds in second room; separate living area.

• Apartments

Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child/infant (only one extra bed for the child or one baby cot for the infant is permitted) or 3 adults (3rd adult in an extra bed).
