For guests booked on BB, Half Board or Full Board, meal service begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Half-Board is restricted during the Festive Season as follows: 24th December – lunch only; 25th December – dinner only; 31st December – lunch only.

Guests wishing to join any of the festive meals outside the standard Half Board allocation may do so at an additional supplement, which will be charged directly at the property.

• Check-in / Check-out Time:

- Check-in time is from 15:00 hrs (Abu Dhabi local time).

- The arrival time must be provided for each booking.

- For arrivals prior to 15:00 hrs, early check-in can be guaranteed by pre-booking the room the night before at 100% of the contracted rate.

- In the event of an early arrival without pre-booking, access to the room(s) will be subject to availability upon arrival.

- Check-out time is at 12:00 noon (Abu Dhabi local time). Late departures are subject to availability and the applicable late check-out charges:

- A late check-out until 18:00 hrs will be charged at 50% of the nightly room rate, while checkouts after 18:00 hrs will be charged at 100% of the nightly rate.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Children up to 11.99 years of age stay free of charge when sharing the parents’ room using existing bedding and are entitled to the applicable meal plan during the stay. A baby cot or

extra bed is available free of charge, subject to availability and prior request. The hotel permits a maximum of one extra bed, or one extra bed and one baby cot, per guest room.

• Please note that extra beds are subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking. Double rooms occupied by 1 adult and 1 child up to 11.99 years of age will be

charged at the standard double room rate, with any food and beverage supplements applied as per the corresponding charges.
