The complex comprises 34 apartments situated in a 13-storey building next to the Town Hall, opposite L’Aigüera Park. They are VERY BRIGHT and feature spacious terraces with beautiful views of the sea, the park or the city, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The location perfectly combines convenience and tranquillity: both the BEACH and the CENTRE of Benidorm are an 8-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy everything without sacrificing your rest. Furthermore, the building has an outdoor SWIMMING POOL, perfect for relaxing when you don’t feel like going to the beach. For your convenience, there is a supermarket (Mercadona) just a 1-minute walk away and a public car park (Parking L’Aigüera) a 4-minute walk away. And if your stay is longer than a week, we offer a complimentary cleaning service with a change of towels and bed linen, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. All apartments feature a large terrace with views, a living-dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), a kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, a fully equipped bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. The complex has a garden, a swimming pool with a children’s area, a sun terrace and sun loungers. CHECK-INThe check-in is mandatory BEFORE your arrival. Please let us know your arrival time. Official check-in is at 5pm.Applies for all Arrivals: No Hen and Stag parties will be accepted. Returnable key deposit must paid via a valid credit card upon arrival. Cash will not be accepted. Check-in keys from 17.00h now until 20.00hrs keys to the flats. After this time the keys will be left at the reception of the Prince Park Hotel, Calle Primavera 03501 Benidorm. A notice is always left for guests indicating where they can pick up the keys.
