This apartment complex is located around 1.5km from the tourist centre of Puerto Rico, just 800 m from the nearest beach. There are various boutiques, bars, nightclubs and restaurants in the centre and there is a stop for the public transport to be found 800 m away from the hotel. Las Palmas de Gran Canarias takes around 50 minutes to reach by car.Renovated in 2004, this holiday complex comprises a total of 50 lodgings spread over 4 floors. Alongside an appealing lobby area, the complex features a currency exchange desk, a café and a cosy bar. The restaurant offers guests a smoking area and highchairs. In addition, guests are provided with a laundry service as well as medical assistance if necessary (additional fees apply).The tastefully decorated apartments each come with a private bathroom, a combined living/ bedroom, a separate bedroom as well as a balcony.
