Nearest airport: LPA. Our apartments are located in a beautiful spot, right by the promenade of Playa del Inglés, on the island of Gran Canaria. They provide spectacular views onto the beach and the famous dunes of Maspalomas.What's more, their geographical situation is ideal as they are within walking distance from a wide variety of shopping centres, restaurants and leisure centres.Playa del Inglés is a very attractive destination for tourists of all nationalities, and for people from the Spanish mainland who come all year round in search of good weather.It is the perfect place for water and beach sports as the sea and wind conditions are optimal and the water temperature varies between 18 and 22 degrees from January through to December.The ARCO IRIS apartment complex is composed of six buildings numbered from 1 to 7 (there is no number 5). Each one has three floors: the ground floor is level with the gardens and the pools, it provides direct access to the street and the promenade; the entrance is located on the first floor, and the second floor is on a higher level.The buildings have direct access to the reception and the apartments by Calle Milán, and to the beach by the promenade. A flight of steps separates the apartments from the promenade in front of block 4.The buildings are linked together in the following way: Blocks 1, 2 and 3; blocks 6 and 7, with block 4 being independent.Each one of the six blocks has a swimming pool for clients accommodated in each building. Three of the six pools are heated in winter, one for blocks 1-2-3, one for blocks 6-7, and the third for block 4.Nearest airport: LPA.
