Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 3 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

Winter (Christmas/New Year Period):

If the booking is cancelled with more than 14 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 14 and 8 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 30% of the total as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 1 days before the arrival, or no show the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
