The distance from the hotel to the beach is of 5 minutes. Tenerife Norte Airport is located at around 20 km from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season (01.11 - 23.12.2021; 03.01 - 09.04.2022; 18.04 - 15.06.2022; 16.09 - 31.10.2022)

If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 4 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 1 night as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,
If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.

High Season (24.12.2021 - 02.01.2022; 10.04-17.04.2022, 16.06 - 15.09.2022)

If the booking is cancelled with more than 7 days before the arrival, no penalty;
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 2 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 3 nights as a penalty;
If the booking is cancelled with 48 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
